Junior Publisher Account Manager

About the role

• We are looking for a Junior Publisher Account Manager with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, who is eager to continue developing their career in the AdTech ecosystem.
• This role is ideal for candidates who already have some hands-on experience and are ready to take the next step in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What will you do?

• Support the Publisher team in the day-to-day management of publisher accounts.
• Maintain communication with publishers to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and report key insights.
• Assist in onboarding new publishers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, AdOps, Product).
• Identify optimization opportunities.
• Support reporting and performance tracking.
• Help resolve operational issues.

What we ask for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or similar.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of digital media or programmatic advertising.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
