Job Summary

We are looking for a Publisher Success Executive (junior - mid level) to join our growing team in Barcelona.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in performance marketing, paid media, account management, or partner success who want to grow their career in the AdTech and publisher monetization space.

You will support publisher partners in optimizing performance, improving monetization, and ensuring smooth operational execution. You will work closely with commercial, product, and technical teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the programmatic ecosystem.

This is a strong opportunity to transition into AdTech and develop expertise in publisher monetization, SSPs, and digital advertising technology.

What You Will Do

  • Support the management of a portfolio of publisher partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve monetization and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in onboarding and integration processes.
  • Coordinate with product, commercial, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to new product rollouts and partner adoption initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, account management, partner success, or digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, revenue metrics).
  • Experience working with Google Ads, paid media platforms, ad servers, or digital advertising tools is a strong plus.
  • Interest in AdTech, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SSPs, ad servers, Prebid, or publisher monetization tools.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Data Studio, or Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of yield management or revenue optimization.
