We’re looking for a Junior Controller to join our team! If you have a keen eye for numbers, strong analytical skills, and a passion for financial reporting, this is your chance to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, helping drive key business decisions. This is what you´ll be doing:

1. Reporting financials and dealing with day-to-day company accounts.
2. Interacting with the different areas to define financial objectives and key performance indicators.
3. Preparing drafts of ad hoc analysis of business performance, financial results, costs and profitability in support of the strategic plan.
4. Collaborating in the preparation of the Group's monthly reporting.
5. Detecting and reporting deviations from budget and variations with respect to the previous year.
6. Analyzing month end close and identifying areas of improvement
7. Monitoring the purchasing platform.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in ADE, Accounting or Finance
• Has 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Poses analytical abilities
• Is an expert user of Excel and Financial ERP´s, knows Navision and Tableau

It is very valuable if:

• You bring experience in Big4 or Auditing firms
• You have previously work in a Private Equity or International Headquarter office
