Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Training Intern to support our HR Talent team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities. This role offers hands-on experience in the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  2. Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and coordinating with new hires and internal teams.
  3. Help organize and track training programs, workshops, and development sessions for employees.
  4. Collaborate in maintaining HR databases and reports related to talent acquisition and training activities.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
  6. Conduct basic research on HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Requirements


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with HR tools is a plus.
  • Interest in talent development and employee engagement.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (spoken and written).
