Branded Content Sales Specialist

Talks Media, an EXTE Company, is looking for a Branded Content Sales Specialist to strengthen and grow its Content Business Unit. This is a commercially strategic role focused on developing new business, managing clients and agencies, and selling high value editorial and multichannel branded content projects (social, video, digital, talent and influencer led, and productions).

Purpose of the Role

The Branded Content Sales Specialist will be responsible for the end to end sales of branded content projects, from prospecting and pitch development to deal closing and internal coordination for delivery. The main objective is to drive incremental branded content revenue in 2026 and consolidate Talks Media positioning as a high value strategic partner for special projects.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop commercial opportunities with direct clients and media and creative agencies.
  2. Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent.
  3. Create commercial proposals, presentations, and project decks in collaboration with editorial and production teams.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including content (editorial and talent), production, marketing and strategy, and finance and administration for contracts, POs, and invoicing.
  5. Lead commercial negotiations and contract closing.
  6. Manage client relationships, including upselling and renewals.
  7. Track performance and report on KPIs such as revenue, margins, and deliverables.

Requirements of the Role (Must Have)

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in branded content or special projects sales.
  • Background in digital publishers, media companies, sales houses, media networks, agencies (content or special projects units), or production companies with a strong commercial focus.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Solid experience managing relationships with major agency groups such as OMG, WPP, Dentsu, Publicis, Havas, IPG, and others.
  • Native Italian and good business level English.

  • Creative and editorial sensitivity with the ability to understand storytelling and formats.
  • Experience managing complex briefs and pitches.
